Well, we've found a scan of a sequel to Final Fantasy IV that is to be made for mobile phones. It is said to take place long after the end of Final Fantasy IV, putting you in the control of Theodore, a blood descendent of the original game's protagonist, Cecil Harvey.
The game is expected in Japan in February of next year for NTT DoCoMo phones (FOMA 903i models or higher), then a later release in the spring for AU Win Brew handsets.
